Shipping policy

At Mandeaux we believe in sustainable and ethical sourcing. It is for this reason, our shoes and apparel are made to order. The raw materials of Mandeaux apparel are sourced internationally and manufactured in California. All footwear is handcrafted in Spain. Mandeaux Coffee is sourced internationally and roasted in California. 

FOOTWEAR

Unless otherwise stated, Mandeaux shoes are handcrafted in Spain and made to order. Average lead time is approximately 4 weeks. Sometimes shoes are completed ahead of schedule, and in rare instances shoes experience a delay in completion for various reasons. The most common reasons for delays are a missing component or failure to pass quality control. Failing to pass quality control results in an immediate correction or replacement of the shoes which adds more time to the process. 

Once shoes pass quality control, they are photographed for proof of condition, packaged and shipped via DHL or FedEx. All shoe parcels are insured. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.

For any size related exchanges, it shall be required for the customer to submit at least two photographs of their foot being measured. A request for exchange must be initiated by contacting a Mandeaux Representative. Images of the shoes must be taken. Only unworn and undamaged shoes will be accepted for exchange.

The cost of one return will be paid by Mandeaux. Any subsequent returns are paid for by the customer and subject to approval by Mandeaux.

APPAREL

For environmental and human friendly reason, Mandeaux apparel is only made when you order it. Please allow about a week for it to be made and we will send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail. Apparel is shipped via USPS and usually takes between 1-4 business days depending on the delivery address.

COFFEE

From the time of order, coffee is expected to take 6-8 business days until delivery. Coffee is usually roasted a day or two after the order is placed. It’s immediately packaged and shipped at the next opportunity. The coffee ships from California after it’s roasted. All coffee is final sale. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of coffee for health and safety reasons. 

Mandeaux ships shoes to the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom for free. Any VAT taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies. Mandeaux coffee and apparel are only available for delivery in the U.S.
